Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves us. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free on United States orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged the rate shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates

Most United States orders arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch. Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and peak periods can extend them.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, email admin@aldbrook.com with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange reshipping at your cost.
